This is a remote sales and customer support role focused on helping online shoppers complete their purchases. You will communicate with customers, solve their issues, and actively drive sales through upselling and conversions. The role is mainly about customer interaction + sales support in e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities

Assist customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS Handle product inquiries, orders, and returns Provide a smooth and positive customer experience Upsell and cross-sell products Recover abandoned carts and lost sales Promote subscriptions and repeat purchases Turn customer conversations into sales opportunities

Qualifications

At least 1 year experience in customer support or online sales Strong communication and persuasion skills Experience with e-commerce support or sales Shopify Zendesk / Gorgias / CRM tools Basic computer skills
