This is a remote customer support + sales job for online e-commerce brands. You will help customers complete purchases, solve order issues, and actively increase sales through upselling and cart recovery. It is a performance-based support role with sales targets.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat, email, phone, SMS Assist with orders, returns, refunds, and complaints Provide smooth customer experience Upsell and cross-sell products Recover abandoned carts Promote subscriptions and repeat purchases Convert chats into sales Resolve order issues quickly Ensure accurate order processing Track customer interactions Share insights with team to improve sales

Qualifications
