Description

PrismTeck (based in Canada) is hiring a Business Development Specialist to support B2B sales and lead generation for the North American market. This is a fully remote role focused on cold outreach, research, and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

dentify potential B2B clients using platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other online tools Research target companies and build qualified lead lists Support go-to-market (GTM) strategy planning Conduct cold calls and cold emails to potential clients Qualify leads and schedule meetings for sales teams Draft outreach scripts for SDR/BD campaigns Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and interactions Prepare follow-up reports and performance updates Track progress of outreach campaigns

Qualifications

Degree – BBA / MBA graduates or equivalent business degree Experience in B2B cold calling / email marketing / Research Fluent in English communication (written + spoken) Tech-savvy with tools like LinkedIn Extensions, Mailshake, ZoomInfo Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM platforms Detail-oriented, organised, and performance-driven Comfortable working remotely on Canadian time zone. Have your own laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace for 5 days working a week.
