Inside Sales Specialist

This role is focused on supporting customer projects, sales processes, and product/service delivery within GE Vernova. The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for managing project-related activities, ensuring smooth execution, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Manage execution of customer-related equipment, product, or infrastructure projects Oversee small to medium non-turnkey projects Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project delivery Support planning and execution of departmental operations Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proper project management Communicate project updates and requirements clearly to stakeholders Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and customers Handle performance expectations and sensitive project information Apply technical knowledge to support project execution Use analytical thinking to solve operational and project-related issues Propose solutions within defined business guidelines Understand market practices and competitive positioning Support and guide less experienced team members Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Help align internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines Assist in achieving consensus on operational matters

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Experience in sales support, project coordination, or technical roles Strong analytical and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
