HRsource is offering a 4-month Recruitment Internship with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee. This role is focused on learning and supporting the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced digital and tech hiring environment.

Responsibilities

Source and headhunt candidates locally, regionally, and globally Identify passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles Support end-to-end recruitment process for permanent vacancies Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients Build and maintain strong professional relationships Match the right candidates with suitable job roles

Qualifications

Any prior work/internship experience in sales or service-oriented business Must be based in the UAE Superior analytical and verbal communication skills Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly Self-directed with a strong drive for results Effective team player and cross-functional contributor
