Client Relationship Management - Analyst

Marsh is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management. This role is part of the Corporate Segment team and focuses on supporting client relationship management, insurance operations, and administrative coordination.

Support client relationship management activities, including day-to-day coordination and communication Liaise with clients to understand their needs, respond to inquiries, and provide timely updates on policy status and renewals Prepare and organize reports, documentation, and correspondence related to client accounts Assist the Corporate Segment team with general operations, including data entry, file management, and administrative support Support policy renewal processes and manage routine client queries Contribute to a professional and client-oriented service delivery environment

UAE National Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Management, or a related field Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) Client-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in delivering excellent service Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 0-2 years professional experience; fresh graduates are welcome Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established procedures
