Description

The role of the Supervisor is to ensure all brand operation and standards are adhered to achieve highest level of customer experience standards and increased sales for single concepts across various sites.

Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, supervising teams, schedules, shift rotas, and task execution. Ensure brand standards, service quality, food quality, and customer experience are consistently met, resolving complaints and driving upselling. Lead, motivate, train, and mentor team members, providing continuous feedback and acting as a role model in frontline operations. Oversee cash handling procedures, including floats, opening/closing processes, cashier balancing, and compliance with company policies. Manage stock control and inventory, ensuring accurate counts, deliveries, variance reporting, and adherence to stock procedures. Conduct daily facility walk-throughs, identify maintenance or equipment issues, and coordinate with managers for resolution. Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, child safeguarding, and statutory regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff. Complete audits, reports, checklists, PRs/POs, attend management meetings, review NPS feedback, and execute company-led initiatives.

Qualifications

2–3 years in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. Certificate, course, or diploma in Hospitality; PIC Level 2 certification as per local regulations/MAF requirements. Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining service quality. Strong passion for culinary excellence and customer service. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail. Organized, professional, and calm problem-solver with sound judgment and integrity.
