Kindergarten Teacher

This role is part of the HR / People & Culture function. You will be responsible for improving employee experience, especially for new joiners, and supporting internal engagement activities, events, and HR coordination tasks. You will ensure smooth onboarding, organize employee events, maintain HR records, and support internal communication activities across the company.

Ensure Day 1 readiness for new employees (workspace, setup, coordination with managers) Manage full onboarding experience for new joiners Assign “Buddy” employees and coordinate onboarding communication Organize employee engagement events: Monthly lunches for new joiners & leadership Weekly breakfast sessions Quarterly birthday celebrations Maintain and update employee training database Book flights and accommodation for new joiners (if required) Support internal HR communication and events (Townhalls, awards, etc.) Encourage employees to participate in “Employee Spotlight” features Update and publish job descriptions and HR documents Assist Marketing & HR teams with internal events Maintain internal HR knowledge base (IFZApedia updates)

Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR preferred) Experience in HR / Admin / People Operations role preferred Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and events simultaneously Experience in onboarding or HR coordination is a plus
