Description

This is a hotel front desk / guest service role where you manage guest check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and overall customer experience at a luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome hotel guests Handle check-in and check-out process Answer phone calls and guest inquiries Manage hotel booking and reservation system Provide information about hotel services and facilities Handle guest complaints and resolve issues Follow hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures Maintain front desk records and daily tasks checklist Attend shift duties and departmental meetings Ensure professional behavior and grooming standards

Qualifications

1+ year experience in front desk / reception / hotel operations Experience in 4-star hotel preferred Good English communication skills (spoken + written) Basic computer and hotel system knowledge Customer service skills Ability to work in shifts (rotating schedule) Pleasant personality and professional behavior
