Junior Accountant

Kasumigaseki Middle East is the regional arm of Kasumigaseki Capital Ltd., a well-established organization listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market. Since its launch in Dubai in December 2022, the company has focused on bringing innovative investment opportunities to the Middle East through Development Services, Asset Management, and Fund Management.

Monitor and analyze food & beverage costs, prepare variance reports and highlight discrepancies Support menu pricing, recipe costing, and cost optimization initiatives Conduct inventory counts, track stock movements, and reconcile variances Perform spot checks on goods received and ensure compliance with procedures Verify and process supplier invoices; reconcile supplier statements and manage payables Reconcile daily sales, cash deposits, and POS reports; investigate variances Assist in month-end closing, journal entries, and preparation of cost and management reports Support audit preparation, VAT documentation, and financial compliance Collaborate with operations teams to improve cost control and reporting processes

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, cost control or auditing. Experience in hospitality / F&B industry preferred. Strong Excel skills, familiarity with POS systems (e.g Oracle Micros, Micros Symphony, or equivalent) is a plus. Basic understanding of UAE VAT and general accounting principles. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
