Operations Officer

As an Operations Officer at Rentokil Boecker, you will oversee the efficient execution of pest control services while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the daily operations of service teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Planning and organizing daily service schedules for technicians to ensure effective time management and resource allocation. Supervising field teams during service delivery to ensure that treatments are performed according to company protocols. Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conducting regular audits and evaluations of service quality and team performance. Maintaining accurate records of service deliveries, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to address client needs and enhance service offerings. Implementing training and development initiatives for team members to promote skill enhancement and service excellence. Analyzing operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and ensuring the continuous improvement of service processes

Bachelor’s degree (business, operations, or related field preferred) Experience in operations or team management (preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage teams and handle pressure Basic computer and reporting skills
