This is an HR (Human Resources) support role focused on employee experience, onboarding, and internal engagement activities. You help new employees settle in and keep existing employees engaged.

Responsibilities

Manage onboarding process for new employees (Day 1 readiness) Coordinate with managers to prepare workspace and welcome plans Assign “buddies” to new joiners Organize employee events (lunches, breakfasts, birthdays, townhalls) Maintain employee training records and database Book flights and accommodation for new hires Update job descriptions Support HR and marketing teams in internal events Publish employee engagement content (like Employee Spotlight)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (HR preferred) Experience in HR department (preferred) Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Organized and detail-oriented
