Description

This role is part of Citi’s Private Banking division, focused on managing high-net-worth Citigold clients. The Relationship Banker is responsible for building strong client relationships, providing financial advice, and promoting banking and investment products.

Responsibilities

Manage and review Citigold clients’ financial needs and investment portfolios Build strong relationships through regular client engagement Provide personalized financial planning and advisory services Identify opportunities to increase client investments and banking products usage Convert referrals into new Citigold customers Organize client events to improve engagement and loyalty Promote and sell banking, investment, and fee-based financial products Increase product penetration within assigned client portfolio Identify potential high-value clients and upgrade them to Citigold segment

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in banking, wealth management, or relationship management Strong knowledge of financial products and investment services Experience handling high-net-worth or premium banking clients preferred Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills Understanding of compliance, AML, and KYC regulations Relevant financial certifications (if required by region/regulator)
