French Spirit Coffee Shop is a premium F&B company bringing the elegance of French café culture to international markets. We operate Ladurée franchises in Arabia, China, Egypt, and Morocco, and PAUL in Spain, offering luxury pastries, artisanal breads, and authentic French dining experiences. As we continue to expand our portfolio with more brands and locations, we are seeking a visionary Division CEO to lead our international operations and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-quality business strategies aligned with short- and long-term objectives. Make informed investment and expansion decisions to drive growth and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and shareholders. Analyze challenges and implement solutions to ensure sustained business growth. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure alignment with strategy and mission. Develop and implement operational policies, sales strategies, and systems to maximize revenue and market share. Ensure the company meets its annual sales and performance

Qualifications

Proven experience of atleast 10 years as a senior executive managing multiple international brands and markets, preferably in F&B or hospitality. Demonstrated success in strategic leadership, business growth and expansion, and brand management across geographies. Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Expertise in operational excellence, project and risk management, and multi-country compliance. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing cross-cultural teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. Additional certifications in leadership, project management, or international business are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
