Description

This role is a luxury retail sales position at Carolina Herrera in Mall of the Emirates, managed by Chalhoub Group. The Fashion Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and supporting in-store operations.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience: Achieve individual and team sales targets Deliver excellent customer service and luxury shopping experience Build strong relationships with clients (CRM focus) Drive customer engagement through an omnichannel approach (store + digital) Monitor customer behavior, top-selling and slow-moving products Provide feedback on products and customer preferences Ensure proper product display following visual merchandising (VM) guidelines Support stock sell-through and store performance

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English Interest or experience in fashion/luxury retail Customer-focused attitude with sales skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Note: This role is part of Emiratisation (primarily for UAE nationals)
