Description

BurjX is a regulated digital asset trading and custody platform based in the UAE, focused on crypto and financial technology services. The Finance Officer will play a key role in building and managing the company’s financial operations within a regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities

Manage daily financial operations, reporting, and reconciliations Prepare and support financial reports required by ADGM regulations Handle banking relationships and AED currency transactions Oversee cash flow management and internal financial controls Support internal and external audits Develop and improve scalable financial systems and processes Collaborate with operations and compliance teams Ensure accuracy and discipline in all financial activities

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes Experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto industry is a plus Good understanding of internal controls and compliance systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
