Responsibilities

Welcoming and checking in/checking out guests professionally Handling guest requests, complaints, and inquiries efficiently Providing personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction Managing front desk operations and reservations support Coordinating with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments Maintaining accurate guest records and billing information Ensuring smooth and high-quality guest experience throughout their stay Following Marriott service standards and hotel policies

Qualifications

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred in hospitality) Previous experience in hotel, customer service, or front desk role preferred Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic computer and hotel management system knowledge
