Sully.ai is a healthcare AI company focused on improving clinical efficiency by reducing administrative burden on doctors. The Senior Customer Success Manager will manage key enterprise clients, ensuring successful product adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Own relationships with senior stakeholders (C-suite, VPs, Directors, clinical leaders) Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews (QBRs), and check-ins Build strong, trust-based partnerships with enterprise healthcare clients Customer Success & Outcomes: Define success metrics and ensure clients achieve measurable results Drive product adoption and ensure smooth implementation Track performance outcomes such as time saved, efficiency, and ROI Growth & Expansion: Identify upselling and expansion opportunities within existing accounts Convert pilot programs into long-term enterprise contracts Demonstrate clear business value to support growth decisions Strategy & Internal Collaboration: Build customer success playbooks for high-value accounts Act as the “voice of the customer” internally Share client feedback to influence product roadmap and improvements

Qualifications

6+ years in client-facing roles serving C-suite / VPs / Directors, running high-stakes meetings and influencing outcomes. Evidence you can create trust fast, deliver results, and keep executive stakeholders aligned. Preferred backgrounds: high-growth B2B startup experience, ex-founders, management consultants, and client-facing finance roles You operate like an owner and take extreme accountability. You’re metrics-driven, prioritize relentlessly, and own results end-to-end. Willingness to travel up to 20% for in-person client meetings and industry conferences
